Did it take you ages to get to sleep last night again?
Did you find it hard to relax and let go of thoughts circulating in your head about different problem?
Or is it coffee that make it hard for you to fall asleep?

Give focus on good things in your life and express gratefulness for

of this negative mind talk. Lighten up a bit. A big goofy smile can help
you to change over to a more joyful mindset.
Oh, yes, I know, it can be a bit hard in the beginning to change ones thoughts
but it is possible. Start with small step. Take a walk out in the nature and take deep breath to fill you with oxygen.
Taking a relaxing bath before bedtime can also be a good help to relax as water has a soothing effect.
If you want to fall asleep and sleep deeply you can listen to sounds that help you to relax within a short time.
