I juggle with 2 – 3 rubber bolls, throwing them against a wall.
Yes, that’s right; I do this mostly with 2 bolls, but can handle 4. I found this not only joyful, but it also improves my ability to keep focus. But this is not the main reason I juggle. Ok, what is the main reason then?
The main reason is to let go of unhealthy stress and tension that has been built up in the body during time.
This is my way to handle stress, or at least one of the ways, to “play”, and when one play and have fun it is easier to let go of stress and allow it to dissolve.
When harmful stress is dissolved, there is room for something else, and this is something that is called well being hormones, that now replace the harmful hormones that has been created during stress.
I have been juggling many years now, and this helped me to develop a nice ability to handle many things simultaneously, as it become natural doing so. The juggle method seems also to open up for creativity.
The material in juggle balls is soft and don’t bounce as the rubber balls do. The size of the rubber and juggle balls is more or less as the size of a normal large apple, suitable to hold in one hand.
It’s never too late to start with new simple things and become more playful. Have fun, relax and become more peaceful.
