Allow your new self image to remember you that you have decided to change, and you can make this stronger by doing a meditation each night before you go to bed. Keep your focus on your new picture of you self, and allow your new painted picture take place in your mind, and allow it to erase the old stressful, nasty picture. Imagine the old stressful, tired, unhealthy old picture to disappear and be replaced with your new picture, and new feelings that follow with it.
Allow you’re self to easily handle stressful situations without being stressed out, and have the power to let go of no supportive thoughts. You can make a choice here and now to allow you’re self to handle stress in a healthy way.
