3 Questions for Solutions to Life Improvement
May 6th, 2009 by admin
Some days it can feel as one don’t even have time to breathe… and yes, this is often the true experience that happens…
I call this “the suffocation survival breath”… as one only breathe to survive, and not to live and prosper and feel healthy and relaxed.
In the long run this makes one tired and it is hard to hold focus.
One also can feel spaced out, as there are loads of different thoughts that drag one in different directions…
In this state of being, it is impossible to focus on one thing and go forward.
If one allows this distraction to continue and allow it to take control over ones life, one will soon find oneself in the “non-change” same position year after year situation… and not being able to go forward in ones development.
It is not easy to break loose from this stressful, unhealthy circle, unless something really life changing happens, such as an accident, or dreadful unexpected disease or death within ones family. Then one is forced to change life style.
To break this stressful circle, one need to make a commitment to oneself that one has decided to make it so, and to use ones time wisely.
How do one use ones time wisely?
Oh, yes, that is the BIG question!
Do you have any suggestions?
I do it in this way;
I take inventory over my life situation.
Make a decision to put one day off for this task.
The first thing I do when I wake up is to start this special morning to take time for a relaxing meditation. I do this during silence. Breaths deeply and relax – breath and relax, without falling asleep.
If you find it hard to relax you can take help from some meditation relaxing music.
The second is to do some simple stretching movement (like a cat – nothing difficult, just easy and lithe) this will increase the energy flow.
The third is to grab a pen and paper or note book and go out in the nature, or if you prefer stay inside the house in a silent room.
Take a look at your existing life situation;
Ask yourself the 3 Questions for Solutions to Life Improvement;
- What do I need to change?
- What do I need to let go of?
- What kind of improvement can I do?
Take time to answer each question.
Feel in the answer that comes from within you…
Write it down…
When this is done it is time to write another list, a so called “action” list.
What kind of action do you need to take now?
Write it down in steps 1, 2, 3… and follow those steps…
All the best!
