<p>The way it works is that you tighten muscle groups all over your body, one at a time and then relax.<br />

Start off by tightening the muscles in one of your feet. Hold the muscles tightly for a few seconds, and then relax. Feel the difference in your foot. Continue with your other foot. Go through the whole body in this way. Breathe deeply and continuously release tension throughout the whole process.</p>

<p>I juggle with 2 – 3 rubber bolls, throwing them against a wall.</p>
<p>Yes, that’s right; I do this mostly with 2 bolls, but can handle 4. I found this not only joyful, but it also improves my ability to keep focus. But this is not the main reason I juggle. Ok, what is the main reason then?</p>
<p>The main reason is to let go of unhealthy stress and tension that has been built up in the body during time.</p>
<p>This is my way to handle stress, or at least one of the ways, to “play”, and when one play and have fun it is easier to let go of stress and allow it to dissolve.</p>
<p><span id="more-143"></span></p>
<p>When harmful stress is dissolved, there is room for something else, and this is something that is called well being hormones, that now replace the harmful hormones that has been created during stress.</p>
<p>I have been juggling many years now, and this helped me to develop a nice ability to handle many things simultaneously, as it become natural doing so. The juggle method seems also to open up for creativity.</p>
<p>The material in juggle balls is soft and don’t bounce as the rubber balls do. The size of the rubber and juggle balls is more or less as the size of a normal large apple, suitable to hold in one hand.</p>
<p>It’s never too late to start with new simple things and become more playful. Have fun, relax and become more peaceful.</p>

There are several things to consider when someone asks this question. What is their normal day like? How do they handle the things they have to do? Are they behind in tasks? Are there problems financially or within the household? All of these things can be related to not being able to relax.</span></p>

If they feel like their day is constantly in control of them instead of them being in control of it. Time is always an issue as much as we may think it isn&#8217;t. If someone feels like they don&#8217;t have enough time in one day to do the things they feel they need to then they&#8217;re going to feel that extra stress. This stress is only going to lead to worse problems down the road and an inability to feel relaxed.</span></p>

Start with trying to set a schedule for yourself that has to include some time to relax. It doesn&#8217;t matter what the activity is as long as it actually feels like a break for you. If this doesn&#8217;t work or you continue to feel anxious and stressed than perhaps it is wise to consider counseling. Counseling can help with a wide variety of issues and overall help make you feel better.</span></p>

Whether it happens to be bills, events, fun activities, whatever really can lead to lots of unwanted stress. In order to fix a problem revolving around financial situations is to begin by balancing your budget. If it comes to extras they are nice to have but not required. Make sure to pay off the things you need first then see what&#8217;s left.</span></p>
