Hey Antonella,

I think it is individual how different methods work for different
People and I tried several. I always test different things on
My self. I use the Sedona
Method together with other methods and sometimes
it is together with EFT and sometimes
It is together with The Work, the Journey or other methods.
For me it is different, different times. The latest thing I test is
the bed Of nails (Shaktimat) with very good effect. The first 10
minutes I can feel pain, but then this pain is dissolved and a nice
warm feeling replace the tension and pain in my body and also give
a good night sleep.

I just love this Shaktimat treatment, and for me it is a real treasure.

"The answer to the method I used that time is: The Ultimate Relaxation Program"

But first and foremost one should take advice from
a professional dr to get professional help.

All the best,
Ulla

Hi Ulla,
I was looking for differences between EFT, Sedona and Release Technique, as I also have physical pain. I found, in the following forum, http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/emotional-mastery/15987-sedona-method-vs-eft-vs-other-techniques.html
your answer to someone where you say:"I have used both EFT and the Sedona Method and I graduated from Sedona Method 2006.

For me Sedona Method worked best and I use it together with other methods. Yes, Sedona Method cost money, but it is worth it. Furthermore I recently found another method that took my release and relaxation to another deeper level, and I am amazed over the result. This method is not free but is very low cost and one is given much for the money. This relaxation dig deeper and deeper in your body and lift up old stress that has been compressed during time and new stress piled up upon this, and it feels very relieving to get rid of compressed stress.

When one learnt this relaxation method one can use it with immediately effect. For ex if you are in a traffic jam and you feel tension and anger pile up in your body, you can get rid of this using this technique and become relaxed fast."
Which technique are you talking about, that took your release to deeper levels? I would be very grateful if you'd let me know as I am in deep distress an I need some help.

Thank you,
Antonella.
