Please, try this simple test!
First step; Take a look in the mirror and notice your face structure and muscles and how do you feel now before this exercise?
Second step; Take a deep slow breath in through your nose, hold for 4 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat 7 times, and then Relax.
Third step; Take a look in the mirror and notice your face structure and muscles and how do you feel now after this simple exercise? Can you see and feel the difference? This is not only about appearance; the most important is our health. Stress create imbalance in our body - imbalance create disease and make us age in advance. It is never too late to break this stress circle.
